Google: Days 4-7

Day 4-7

Days 4 through 7 will be used to complete your team's Written Article Assignment and Google Slides Presentation. The final presentation should be completed and ready to present in class on March 25th.

Remember, the final Google Slides Presentations must contain the following:

Slide 1:  Article title and group members’ names
Slide 2:  Purpose of the article and intended audience
Slide 3:  Article contribution to the overall topic of student motivation
Slide 4:  General problems and concepts
Slide 5:  Kinds of material presented in the article
Slide 6:  Theoretical issues and topics for further discussion
Slide 7:  Group members’ reactions and opinions
Slide 8:  Article’s citation information

Be sure and address all of these in your group's Google Doc. This will be done by responding to the
Written Article Review prompts. You can type out these questions in your Google Doc and then provide your one paragraph responses there. In your Google Doc, you are also required to list out which group members are responsible for which tasks.  Please include deadlines in these descriptions.
Once the Written Article Review prompts are answered, your group is ready to being creating the Google Slides Presentation.  When creating your group's Google Slides Presentation, you will take the information from your group's Google Doc and collaboratively put together the presentation.  Don't just copy and paste all of the written information on to the slides.  I would suggest pulling out the important parts and making bulleted lists when appropriate.  Incorporate at least two of the skills you learned through the video tutorials and the scavenger hunt into your Google Slides presentation.  Your group's ten minute presentation will be delivered on March 25th at the beginning of class.

Take a look at the following rubric to make sure all requirements are addressed.

Don't forget to complete the final quiz and to fill out the Group Project Survey.
